CPD 100 CN
Range of BPR bending machines, already known for their high quality and reliability, becomes further larger with arrival on the market of the new born: orbital bending machine at double pinch (bending shafts diameter 100 mm.).

On top of BPR range, it maintains its essential qualities such as high performances (in one pass it executes a plate in traverse 100 x 20 at 600 mm of diameter), flexibility of utilization (variable speed of series from 0 to 5 g/1’) and ruggedness (with a weight of 2600 kg.).

The new CPD 100 is manufactured with the same system of CPD 80 bending machine but with features that improve its performance: independent hydraulic motorization of the three rolls with an hydraulic system at two motors with balancing of draft force, inertial braking system to avoid undesired releases of piece, lateral rectifiers at hydraulic pressure with three-dimensional movement.

CPD 100 is supplied with the new MPR80 control panel that permits the control of two bending rolls, visualized on the led display of great dimensions, and possibility of memorize bending positions with simple execution programs.
Completion of the range, such as for CPD 80 is the CN version with the new control CNS 280, new memory abilities, auto-learning system, visualization of big displays retro-enlighten by controlled axes. PLC integrated on the operator panel and new diagnostic system.

The new control gives the possibility to memorize 50 programs with a number of passes increase.

At each program it’s possible to fasten speeds of variable feed. New is the auto-learning system which could permit to the operator to memorize, during manual work, complicated bending composed by more passes of work, without limit of time and of movements. Reading system of the longitudinal axis is projected to increase its flexibility in pursuit of movements and capability to resist to crashes and to anomalous loads on the axis.

New control “DIGIBEND” by BPR curvatrici is the perfect solution for multiradius and multishape bending of sections and tubes, especially in fields where precision and flexibility in working are essential factors.

In a world wide scale
“DIGIBEND” represents the highest performance level of the entire range (3.000 blocks/sec in execution, 512 blocks look ahead, controlled axes, sampling speed 1msec) and it has been designed precisely for asymmetrical small/medium size bending machines with different axes where the problem of bending complex shapes combines with the need of working at an adequate speed.

Thanks to the architecture of this system based on a PLC with a completely modular system for centralized and decentralized automation tasks in communication with different integrated interfaces, it is possible to obtain an excellent performance which is also improved by an advanced program language as the result of a twenty-year experience in bending sector.

For its capacity and flexibility of use, this control represents an advanced and versatile instrument for all those who produce sections and bended tubes of more or less complex shapes, either with the help of CAD systems or with direct programming from the machine edge.

Besides this system has been brought up to date thanks to optimizators able to improve and accelerate the production process of the machine and thanks to software of line supervision.

For all CNC models (BA20, BA35 and BA50) a wide range of Hardware and Software OPTIONS are available. These options allow to personalize the instrumentation according to the customer’s specific needs in order to control the machine tool in real time (office software packet)

All CNC models are equipped with a colour anti-reflex display with active matrix 15”. They are also equipped with Flash Disk and USB doors in panel control.
A wide range of options (CD-ROM, TELEDIAGNOSIS, DXF converter,etc) can implement to the maximum level the dialogue between the machine and the operator and they also allow to personalize CNC according to the specific needs of each user.

“DIGIBEND” controls, rising generation in the CNC produced by BPR curvatrici, are perfect for high speed bending of profiles and tubes where repetitiveness and quality of working are predominant.

LOOK AHEAD
The former analysis of succeeding blocks allows to calculate instant by instant the surface bending radium and therefore to foresee abrupt changes in trajectory and consequently to adapt speed to the profile

SMOOTHING FUNCTION
This function has been created for segmented profiles programs either from CAD or from digitalization,. Smoothing function allows to eliminate discontinuities directly while working by the means of a continuous trajectory which uses an extremely simplified inner cad.

SPEED CONTROL IN MANUAL WORKING
In order to satisfy all needs of bending machines operators we have studied electronic wheels on panel control. These wheels are made of aluminium league tightness IP64 with an innovative and ergonomic design.
Even in manual working these wheels can control changes in acceleration in not a linear way by an harmonic function which allows to obtain a more precise and better finish.
